 FAQs

  • Each of our locations has a 7 night minimum stay.

  • Whilst we love animals, Pets are not allowed at this property.

  • Yes, the property manager will meet you on site upon arrival. They will show you all the basics of the house and everything you will need to know. The property manager will reach out to you before to coordinate your arrival and be able to answer any questions you have. The property manager is at your disposal the entire stay if you need anything.

  • Yes. Once booked we will pre-authorize your card before the stay. The amount is held until we can confirm there was no damage during your stay. We will release the funds after 7 days of your departure, but it can take your bank longer to process these back into your account. If there is damage it is best to let us know before you leave. Once you depart if we find damage we will contact you.

  • Yes. Each house has it's own set of rules. These will be presented to you and explained by the property manager at arrival, along with details of the wifi network and password in the house.

  • Check-in time is 4:00pm.

  • We do not need to meet you when it's time to depart, but if you would like the property manager to meet you on site for departure that can certainly be arranged.

  • The security deposit will be returned after 7 days, but it can take longer for your bank to process the funds.

  • Check-out time is 11:00am.

  • You can contact the property manager and let them know of any breakages. We do a thorough check at the end of each stay and if we find any damages we will be in touch with you.

  • Yes we have a housekeeper come to the home each morning to do a light cleaning and any requests you may have.

  • Yes we do allow children of any age. Please contact us beforehand if you need us to provide a crib.

  • Yes, we can organize a transfer service for you.
